How we’re feeling mentally and emotionally can affect lots of areas of our life. If our mental distress interferes with our ability to work or our relationships, this can impact our finances and housing. If this is the case for you, we can work with you to find the right support. Below are some of the possible sources of help.
Employment and education
The charity Restore provides employment coaches to help you get back into work or to keep a job you’re already in: Coaching – Restore.
